Hello everyone!

This has neem my best and most inspiring challenge so far.

After my surgery, I lost everything.

So I decided that this challenge will be where I take EVERYTHING back.

I've never in my life trained this hard. And it would not be POSSIBLE without the Yor Health Products.

My Morning always start with Yor Berry blast, Yor Fiber, You Super Greens and Lemon Bare Oil.

After and pre workout I use Yor Shake in combine with Peppermint Bare oil and berry blast.

With my meal i Use Digest Ultra and Yor Essential Vitamins with Bare Oil Lemon water. (heaven...)

At night I use the miracle pills which is Probiotics and Repair Ultra
