Hi guys! I’m Emma and I’m 21 years of age.
I decided to do the YORHealth 8 week Challenge hoping to reach my health and fitness goals, by building muscle tone and improving my overall health. I have definitely reached this goal, now feeling the fittest and healthiest I ever have thanks to the Go Green Cleanse!
My routine for the past 8 weeks has consisted of exercise 3-4 times a week with a mixture of weight training and cardio. My Go Green Cleanse involved taking 3x YOR Essential Vitamins for breakfast with the YOR Supergreens, YOR Berry Blast and YOR Fibre Plus. With lunch 1x YOR Digest Ultra, with dinner x3 YOR Essential Vitamins and 1x YOR Digest Ultra then at bedtime 1x YOR Repair Ultra and 1x YOR Probiotics Ultra.
I have always struggled with the right healthy meal and exercise plan to suit my body, but these past 8 weeks I’ve lost 4 kilos and been able to eat really what I like (within reason of course!)
