Hola! Es la primera vez que me inscribo a un reto.
Siempre he hecho ejercicio, he probado todas las dietas posibles y nunca he obtenido los resultados deseados.
Los que siempre me han acompañado en la vida son mis pompones, o como bien le dice mi papá el callo de la andadera, jajajaja love handles, esa es mi meta, eliminarlas para siempre!!!!!
Realmente no hice ejercicio, y de verdad creí que no iba a ver resultados positivos, y estoy verdaderamente admirada por los resultados obtenidos, estoy muy feliz y agradecida por darme la oportunidad de participar.
