Hi, my name is Rocío Wong, I am 46 years old and I have 3 kids, it’s my first Challenge and I love it.

I want to feel and look healthy and it was much easier than I thought, thanks to YOR products.

I start the Challenge with 62.9 kg/138 lb and ended with 58 kg/127 lb and loose 2% fat. I feel better and my clothes fit better.

First thing in the morning I take YOR Probiotics and YOR Repair Ultra on an empty stomach, then YOR Berry Blast during workout.
After workout I take Chocolate YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Supergeeens in the middle do the morning.
