Hola!!!
Al iniciar mi reto estaba super aplicada con la buena alimentacion y el ejercicio. Hacia de 14 a 16 horas de ayuno, empezaba mi suplementación con 2 cápsulas de Yor Shape, entreno una hora en el Gimnasio y luego consumo el Muscle Energy, 30 minutos después una malteada de proteína con fiber plus, espinacas y leche de coco (me se unas recetas deliciosas). Los últimos días de mi reto me fui de vacaciones y me descuide un poco, me desanime y ya no quería tomarme mis fotos del después, pero ahora que las veo me quedo muy contenta del cambio!!!
No cabe duda que me puedo desviar un poco del camino y no afectar los cambios de mi cuerpo jaja !!
