Hi, my name is Mina Dang. I'm 41yrs old and a mother of 2. I've been having a digestion problem for a while but it wasn't that bad until I reach my 40. I felt like my tummy always bloated , unhealthy and I gained 15lbs in a year which was unacceptable. Although, I cut down on carbs and I used many other products but it didn't seem to work for me. Therefore, I decided to take on the 8-week Challenge.
I started at 137.6lbs/62.54kg. Every morning, I took 2 probiotic with empty stomach follow by 1scoop of supergreens with 1 stick of Berry Blast before every workout(1hr).For breakfast, I took 2 scoops of Yor Shake with 1scoop of fiber, I repeated the same for lunch. For snack, I had some veggies or fruits. For Dinner, I had a light meal like salad with 2 digest ultra and 2 vitamins. Before bedtime, I took 2 repair ultra. With the use of Yor Health Products, I was able lose 18lbs/8.18kg. In addition, I feel healthier and have more energy throughout the day.
