My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for 4 years. I was diagnosed with PCOS, so it would be harder for me to get pregnant. My doctor had me on Metformin for 2 years and it didn’t help. After a year I went back to get a pap smear, the doctor said that my linings were extremely thick. So, I had to do a biopsy and was diagnosed with endometriosis. I had to get a D&C procedure done, which was to scrap off my linings. After that processes the doctor is trying to prevent my linings from building up again, so he put me on Megestrol, which is to prevent my lining from building up again since my periods are extremely regular. My doctor also recommended me to get weight loss surgery. He said that by me losing weight can help my condition. When I went my weight was 202. Which honestly, I was quite surprise myself. This was the first time ever in life to have seen that I’ve reach 200 lbs. So yes, it was quite depressing thinking about it. I really didn’t know what to do. I thought to myself that I don’t believe I would need to do surgery, like I have never thought that I was that big to have to get surgery. So, I had a tough time.
Before all this, a couple years ago I saw posting on Facebook about the Yor Health Products and how it had help many people loose weight. Of course, I had tries losing weight before and nothing ever worked so I didn’t really believe anything. I talked to one of the person who was promoting the product and it sounded good, but it was too expensive for me. And me thinking, paying that much and what if it doesn’t work, so yeah, I said no and never believed it.
After my doctor appointment, the day that he recommended me to get a weight loss surgery, I was on my way home and was totally out of it. I kept thinking about what I am going to do. So, when I got home, I started browsing through Facebook again and I saw a post about the Yor Health products, so I decided to reach out the person with the post and started asking questions. Because I didn’t want to do surgery, I was desperate and willing to try anything at this point. So, after the explanation of the product and everything, I decided to try it out. I mean, what can I can at this point, I will have to try whatever now.
After a week the product finally arrived. I got the vanilla and chocolate shake, supper green, fiber, and berry blast. I must say, I was excited to get started because I wanted to see if it’s going to work. So, on my first week I did a shake for breakfast, 2 scoops of vanilla/chocolate, 1 scoop super green, and a scoop fiber, then a vitamin after. Had a salad for lunch with one spoon of dressing only, then take 2 digest pills and a vitamin pill. For dinner is another shake, 2 scoops of vanilla/chocolate. And drink plenty of water. So yes, at work I was in and out of the restroom because of all the water I was drinking. We have a gym at work, so after work I would go to the gym for like 30min 3-4 times a week. I was just doing cardio, I didn’t want to start on weighs yet. I did this for a while. After the first 4 week I had another doctor’s appointment and guess what?!! I lost 16 pounds!! I was 186lb. I was extremely happy. And my doctor was saying to keep it up and with me losing weight it will help with me getting pregnant.
After seeing my improvement, I was even more motivated and kept going. But after like 2 weeks, I felt like there no improvement, so I got less motivated and kind of went off track for like a weekend. But after talking to my husband I got back up and decided that I need to do this till I reach my goal. So now I am still doing my shake for breakfast and dinner. My lunch I usually have salad or a subway sandwich. But I am going to the gym for 1-1 1/2 hours 4 times a week. So that is what I’ve been doing.
Today is the end of 8-week challenge. I must say that I am extremely happy that I chose to go through with the Yor Health Products. I now weight 174. Not quite where my goal is yet, but this was a big improvement. I am more motivated and confidence now. This is still the beginning only and I will continue until I have reached where I wanted to be. Yor Health had helped me, and I am forever grateful. Hopefully, we can get some good news soon.
