Yo soy Edgar Ramos y decidí entrar a este reto porque quiero seguir bajando el área de la cintura, para mí ha Sido muy difícil conseguir un vientre plano, he hecho de y nunca había tenido resultados notorios hasta que llegue a Yor

estoy muy contento porque he podido seguir bajando esa área del abdomen que pensé que ya no podría por genética o algo así, estoy haciendo el ayuno intermitente pero lo que me impresiona es que no estoy haciendo ejercicio y aún así tengo buenos resultados.
