Que tal amigos del Reto del YOR Best Body. Yo inicié con un peso de 73.8 kg y el día de hoy estoy pesando casi los 74.6.

Para iniciar mi Reto de 8 Semanas utilicé los productos del Paquete Fitness, sin duda una combinación excelente. Me tomaba mi YOR Repair Ultra por la mañana, antes de irme a entrenar me tomaba mi YOR MRP, del cual me encanta el sabor y con eso aguantaba perfectamente mis entrenamientos. Después de entrenar me iba a desayunar y posteriormente me tomaba mi YOR SuperGreens. Al llegar la hora de la comida me tomaba 1 sola cápsula de YOR Digest Ultra después del primer bocado. Más tarde tocaba otra sesión de entrenamiento para lo cual me tomaba el YOR Muscle Energly, el cual te da una recuperación fascinante y el desarrollo muscular es notorio en poco tiempo.

Sin duda los productos de YOR Health me han ayudado ha conseguir un cuerpo realmente en forma, me siento muy contento y la verdad que me motiva a seguir participando en más ciclos del Reto ya que es bonita la competencia sana, y sobre todo cuando se trata de salud. Gracias YOR Health.
