Hello my name is Nuria Tovar
My experience with YOR health challenge has been wonderful. Managing a crazy schedule with a full time job and school I had always struggled to loose weight. I decided to challenge my self to improve my health and appearance.
The main reason why i had to improve my health was because on my yearly physical my numbers for cholesterol, tryglicerides and weight were high and also had signs for prediabetes. My weight at my yearly physical was of 210 lb and as of today the end of the challenge I now weight 190 loosing a total of 20 pounds. Now I cannot wait to go to the doctor to show my improvement and see how my health has improved.

Through the day I would drink water with lemon essential oil and YOR fiber plus.
