Hello, my name is Hasan Arici. I’m 23 years old and live in Sweden, Stockholm.

I took this challenge to improve my health, body and confidence, also to break bad habits and basiclly take controll of my life.

During this challenge i mostly did train in the gym, doing a 5-Day split training each body part separately (Chest,back,legs,shoulders,arms). I did train my abdomial muscle and lower back 4-5 times a week before my main workout rutine. Also did some warmup/stretching before my workout to get the bloodflowing and soften my joints to prepare for lifting. I have been doing cardio after my workouts, mostly jumping rope which i enjoy doing even on my rest days. Since my shoulder injury 7months back i haven’t been able to lift super heavy and thats why i choose to focus on lighter weights with prefect execution and muscle-mind connection. I’m satisfied with this 8-weeks and my progress i have made.

When it comes to nutrition i maily focused on getting my daily requirement of protein and fats every day. Focusing on getting as much wholefoods/Organic foods as possible. I have been implementing healthy chocies like apple cider vinegar with meals and cold showers after exercise. I did some intermittent fasting some days get the hormonal and mental benefits and fat burning. Also did train in a fasted state in the mornings after i woke up.

During this time i have been taking YOR Berry blast, YOR Fiber and YOR Greens in the mornings with Lemon oil and Grapefruit oil.

I have been taking YOR Vitamins and Digestive Ultra with meals.

Before i go to bed I took YOR Rebuild and YOR Probiotica take get a goodnight sleep to repair and build.
