Hoy 19 de septiembre terminó mi reto, los productos que consumo es el Detox y además el quemador yor shape porque deseaba quemar la grasa difícil, por las mañanas tomaba 1 Lt de agua con una gotita de aceite de limón, después de las 11:30 mi jugo verde, al medio día el jugo de frutos rojos, a la hora del almuerzo 1 enzima, en media comida otra enzima, una hora antes de de cada comida el yor shape, para la cena mi proteína ya Sea de vainilla o chocolate y finalizó con un probiotico antes de dormir. Tomo 3 litros de agua durante el día y hago ejercicio 1hra de lunes a jueves, comencé pesando 73kg y terminó en 71.300kg, estoy feliz y me siento super bien, sana y feliz, lo que baje más fue medidas ya que media 94cm de cintura y terminó en 87cm.
