My name is AyLea and I am 21 years old. I am described as a quiet Asian girl. Those who are dear to heart knows I’m a chatter box, with quite a few unique laughs ??

Growing up, I’ve always been someone who was heavier than others. Low energy, low self esteem, unhealthy and I had irregular menstrual cycles. And when I say irregular, that’s an average of 2 menstrual cycle in a year!

I was introduced to the 8 weeks challenge From my family. I joined for my own health and not only that, I also joined to boost my self esteem

I followed the regimen for a week and lost 6lbs! Right after I lost the 6 lbs, I was on my menstrual cycle! Before I started the 8 weeks challenge in August, my last menstrual cycle was in February! After joining the 8 weeks challenge, I’ve had two consecutive menstrual cycle. To be honest, I’m somewhat excited for the next cycle ??

I haven’t been so strict on my food intake. I still eat what I want, but in smaller portions. I also take the ultra digest regularly. I exercised when I can which is about 3 times a week. Not so much with cardio, but with lifting/toning up. At the end of my 8 weeks challenge, I have lost 12lbs! It’s progress! I feel a lot stronger, a lot more energy, and a bit healthier. Not only did I lose some weight, I met great mentors and great friends!

I plan on continuing my health journey!
