Hola mi nombre es Alain Morales , tengo 33 años y me apasiona los deportes.
Al iniciar el reto pesaba 86kg, en la actualidad peso 82kg, baje mi porcentaje de grasa de 17% a 10%.
Conozco lo difícil de mantener el nivel de intensidad a la vez que hago una dieta rigurosa, pero me ayudo bastante el siguiente regimen:
al levantar bare oil toronja y yorgreens
en la comida 2 yor essencial vitamins, bare oil de limón .
antes y después de entrenar 2 Yor shake y Yor muscle.
la ultima semana utilize Yorshape antes de los alimentos.
al dormir 2 Yor repair.
Me ejercite 3 veces a la semana con levantamiento de pesas.
