I started the 8 weeks challenge on August 5th weighing 153. My weight at the end of the 8 weeks challenge is 137. I lost a total of 16 lbs. I used the Probiotics Ultra, Supergreens with Berry Blast, Chocolate and Vanilla Shake with Fiber Plus, Digest Ultra with meals and Repair Ultra before bed. I took these products on a daily basis. I made it part of my daily routine. I also exercised 5 days a week. Being a mother of 2 little boys and a full-time employee, I didn't have time to work out during the day. Monday - Friday I would wake up at 4:00 am to get an hour cardio of running done, squats and 500 crunches before working. On Monday and Friday when I work from home, I sneak in another exercise on the elliptical before I have to pick up my sons. My goal was to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and improve my overall health. I had borderline high cholesterol, which was a really big concern of mine. The challenge made me feel more energetic and better. I not only achieved my goal of losing the baby weight, but I even got back to my pre-wedding weight. And best of all, my overall health is great. I had a physical exam and my results are all back to "normal". As my progress during the 8 weeks challenge improved physically so did my confidence as well. Overall I feel great physically and mentally. I also recommended the challenge to my friends who are trying to better their lives health wise. If they're not able to participate in the challenge, they can at least incorporate Yor products in their daily routine and still see some progress.
