Comencé el detox 360 con un ayuno de 10hr(la 1semana) abría mi primera ventana con super greens y después los alimentos recomendados,la semana 2y3 hice ayuno de 12-13hrs de igual forma abría con super greens, a partir de la semana4 hice ayuno de 14-16hrs abría con super greens y agregue malteada de chocolate con unas gotas de menta!!
En cuanto al ejercicio no realice mucho ya que mi trabajo requiere que camine aproximadamente 10 kilómetros diarios,me siento muy feliz con el resultado porque había probado ya mil cosas para bajar de peso y nada resultaba y me siento muy motivada para comenzar mi siguientes retos hasta llegar a mi peso ideal!!!!!
