Hi there and thank you for viewing my testimonial.
My name is Bruce and i am a brand new personal trainer that has just joined the industry. I enjoy exercising and occasionally go out with friends. I decided to take the challenge because i wanted to be an inspiration to my clients and lead by example. I was overweight once and i did not enjoy that lifestyle however it got comfortable. Unfortunately it impacted my health in a negative way which was my asthma and eczema. My diet and my inactive lifestyle made my skin condition go from bad to worse and i had trouble breathing even if i was resting.

I use to feel ashamed because i was around people that had the body type i wanted. I also felt like a hypocrite because i would tell my clients to do a particular exercise and help with their form and technique but my body image was not up to standard of a personal trainer. After doing the challenge, i feel like i never even had asthma and my skin is slowly clearing up. My diet has changed to more healthy options and i exercise almost everyday. I feel like i have more energy and my confidence has increased so much because i feel so good and happy in my body.

When it came to the YOR health products i used the whole range. To me, i feel like i am missing out on crucial results if i didn’t take a particular product. It is like baking a cake, you need all of the essential ingredients, if you leave one or two ingredients out it wouldn’t taste very good. My favourite was the digest ultra product because that allowed me to not feel bloated after a meal. I would usually feel that way after a big meal.

Exercise for me was important because it was a stress reliever as well as a new lifestyle that i had adopted. It was an output for me and it was a great way for me to socialise and meet other people. I try to exercise everyday if i can. I will also do different types of exercise so i can experiment as well. My favourite style of exercise is functional training. This is great for beginners and elite athletes. It caters to both demographics and this was the type of style that helped me lose 8 kgs of body fat. I am also getting into calisthenics as well.

The 8 week challenge has given me the confidence and the belief that losing weight and getting into a healthy lifestyle is possible. I have tried other diets and challenges but nothing can compare to the YOR health 8 week challenge. I have had the most results with this challenge and i am definitely going to keep up my momentum.
