Hiiiii everyone!!! ?????????????????????

I am sooo Happy & inlove of YORHEALTH, of the 8 week YOR BEST BODY CHALLENGE & of course the delicious products... that I really THANK God for sending me “THE BEST NUTRITION EVER” so simple and quick to prepare for my hurry days working running doing business, profesional growing and building an economical stability state with my lovely Boyfriend Adrian...

I decided to join the challenge because I loved the awesome surprise that my 1st 8WCH gave me: HAD LOWERED 13.228 pounds less & $600 dlls in product PLUS THE SAME IN YOR REWARDS... AAA!!! Can you immagine HOW HAPPY, BLESSED & THANKFULL I FELT WITH GOD, WITH DENNIS, DRA FULLER & YORHEALTH... WOW... LOVE U GUYS!! THANK U! THANK U! THANK U!!!! :) :) =D !!! For REWARDING ME for something that I wanted to achive soooo much after “Dtox, diets, thinking that I was eating “healthy or well” & all my life doing exercise!!! Sooo of course I decided to make this MY LIFESTYLE AND GO FOR MORE improvements for my health and my body...!!!

I had the personal challenge this time... that I contracted and injured heavily accommodating a weight just when I started my 2nd Challenge and was more motivated than ever to score much more ... having to rest a week and a half on Dr's order and had to medicate me... to recover myself :( ;( if I wanted to come back to work hard.. train hard ;) and of course being ready to the súper 10th year YORHEALTH ANNIVERSARY...!!! What was beyond of everything!!! Simply... OMG INCREDIBLE AMAZING ????????????????????????????????...!!! Then I got intoxicated by eating clams leaving me with 1 week of diarrhea and 3 nights of fever ;( :( super weak and finally jajaja... got a flue :( jajaja and of course all this illness make me brake my fast :( cause I had to eat to take the medicines... and this it destabilized me

I felt my body stable and nourished, strong after all this... I recover sooner than past years.. soft & all my organs thankfull with me for this cleaning...!!!


I used all the products of YORHEALTH as they say:
1 YorRepair, YorShape and YorProbiotics waking up!
Drink my hot water with my ginger, lemon, cinnamon, Pink Grapefrut and apple vinager... green tea..
Do my excercise drinking my Berry Blast w/water!
Brake my fast with 1 SuperGreens scoop + 2 fiber s
My 2 YorShape pills
Eat my meal with 1 YorDigest pill or drink my YorShake of Chocolate (I LOVE!)
Had dinner delicious or drink my YorShake...!


This time I could only did 2 or 3 times exercise 4 or 5 weeks...

Today I had an AHA MOMENT: “WOW... I COULD EAT EARLLY BUT IF I DTOX MY BODY, BURN CALORIES & LOSE WEIGHT... OF COURSE I LOVE MY NEW LIFESTYLE AND CHOOSE SMART TO EAT LATER” ;)
