Siento que estoy teniendo resultados cada vez más notorios en cuestión física y que aunque ya no me
atasco de comida cómo antes, comía en cantidades moderadas y me sentía satisfecho. Tenía más energía y aunque baje un par de centímetros de cintura logre mantenerme en peso y además logre aumentar 1 kg de masa muscular magra.
Iniciaba mi día con un vaso de agua con una gota de aceite esencial de limon antes de irme al gimnasio. A veces me tomaba el súper greens antes de entrenar aguantaba más la rutina de crossfit y box. Después del ejercicio Romana mi malteada con la medida norma combinándola a veces con una medida de Muscle Energy. Y antes de la comida consumía una cápsula de Digest con Un vaso de agua. Y por la noche consumía una cápsula de repair o me untaba una gota de aaceite de incienso para descansar más.
Puedo mejorar mucho más y voy sobre otro reto después e este ??
