I am in challange group 135 and my name is Fahri. My final weight was 80 kgs and my essay is here! Hey Yorbestbody challangers! I hope you all are great and killing those workouts together with your food! My name is Fahri Arici and I am 24 years old. I have been active whole my life with some sort of training. After the summer of 2018 I WENT UP alot of weight/fat which I was so uncortable with and at the same time I had lost my energy, lost my focus, was always hungry, always tired and depressed. At that time I took time to think what I could do and THEN I remebered Yorbestbody competition to CHNAGE YOUR LIFE and all I can say is this is my best decision EVER... I will tell you how I did it. I trained 6 days a week of celisthenics/Body weight 3 times upper body work outs and 3 lower body workouts which was High Intensive intervall training which was a key to lose alot of weight but the real KEY was the procuts all I can say is WOW WOW and WOW. I used all of the products and here is the schdule of the use. Morning: Berry blast, Yor Greens, Fibre and 1 drop of Lemon oil.To get my natural energy, give my body what it REALLY needs when it comes do minerals, grrens and vitamins and fibre to activate the body. For each meal I took 1 digest ultra and 2 vitamins for better digest and to get ALL vitamins. SNACK TIME: Yor shake (chocolate) together with 1 drop of Pepparmint oil which has an AMAZING taste! in this shake is good Protein and vitamins! Bedtime : Repair ultra, probiotica and Lavender oil. I used these procuts because for faster recovery and to clean your body from bacterias. The levender oil calms you down and get you faster to get to deep sleep faster. After this challange I feel more happy, I have ALOT more energy, I lost good weight, I feel more confident and I am the best shape of my life.
