Antes que nada estoy muy contenta de terminar el ciclo, ya que siempre lo iniciaba y no lo concluía.

Al verme sin sobre peso me inscribí a la categoría de Definir, el tomar mi responsabilidad en el reto, me inscribí en gym haciendo de lunes a viernes una hora de ejercicio, cuide mi alimentación el no comer mucho a casi nada de carbohidrato no sano, pan, azúcar, antojitos, etc. Comí mas verduras que de costumbre y trate de tomar mas agua.

De los productos tome, al despertar los probioticos, antes de hacer ejercicio tome super greens, al terminar el ejercicio no me falto mi rica malteada de chocolate yujuuuu RIQUÍSIMA!!!!
