Hola a todos!
Soy Armando de Tampico, tengo 32 años. Finalizo un reto mas, en el que he llevado mi cuerpo y mi entrenamiento a otro nivel. Tengo una rutina de pesas de 5 a veces 6 días a la semana, y cardio. Practico ayuno intermitente como estilo de vida desde hace ya dos años.He intentado y probado de todo en cuanto a suplementación se refiere, pero no había conocido algo tan efectivo y limpio como los productos de YOR Health.
