Estoy muy contenta por terminar un reto más.
En ésta ocasión me enfoqué en aumentar volúmen en la porción inferior. Incrementé carbohidratos, y la verdad no pude ser muy consistente en alimentación por algunos detalles personales, pero una vez más estoy maravillada con los resultados porque sin ésta suplementación increíble, no quiero imaginarme qué sería. Consumo SIN falta alguna mis aliados maravillosos Muscle Energy durante entreno, YOR Shake, post entreno y cuando me apetece algún snack y otra toma antes de dormir; YOR Repair diariamente al acostarme, son , la mera cosa!
Aumenté en efecto mi masa muscular, y mis piernas están más fuertes! Super contenta!
