I am an full time working mom of two. Diabetes run in my family. I decided that I need to be healthy so that I can be there for my familt. My mom passed away from diabetes, my big sister had diabetes for years and thank God she finally got her kidney transplant done for a year now. I saw how difficult it was for my mom and my sister. I had never revealed to anyone that I am at borderline for diabetes. It scary me a lot. My weight is one of my biggest challenge. I had always gain weight and never lose before until YOR health. My biggest obstacle is myself. I am a procrastinate person and yet YOR health got me to start taking care of my health. Easy to use, use to follow. I am overweight, 5'2" and 138. I take a long time to find clothes because I need that perfect shirt, dress, or jean that will cover up the fat. I still take long time to shop but now I am more excited because I know that I can easily find clothes to make me feel beautiful without having to hide. I lost 8 lbs. 8 lbs doesn't sent seem a lot but to someone who have always gains and never loss weight, this mean a lots. I didn't exercise for the first months nor control my potion when it come to food. I ate a lot but I ate more healthier. I includes lots of veggies and fruits. I cut off rice completely. Officially when it come to exercise at gym, I would said maybe 10 time. I didn't exercise much even when I go to gym because I give up to easily and becuse I wasn't confidence and brave enough to bear the pain. No pain, no gain. I love the fiber and the digest pill.
