Tengo 26 años soy contadora y práctico entre semana CrossFit y el fin de semana juego volly.
comenzamos el reto por que así tienes una meta y tiempo definido.
El reto que sentí en este ciclo fue que no tuve mucho tiempo para hacer ejercicio aun que lo trate de compensar con alimentación.
sentí una gran diferencia en mi, jamás había podido tener cuadritos y en este ciclo se comenzaron a marcar ¡soy muy feliz!
