Hey everyone!
my name is Lana and for the past 8 weeks I have committed myself to the YOR health 8 week challenge. Prior to starting the challenge I was in a really bad place with my health and fitness. I was at my heaviest weighing in at 133kgs.
I had really bad habits and was super lazy. I was depressed and constantly finding excuses for anything and everything.
I joined function fit and with the guidance of my trainers I decided to do the challenge!
I used the super shakes in the morning (super greens, fibre, and berry blast)
digestives and essential vitamins with every meal and repair and pro-biotics before bed each night.
I did training 4-6 days a week. couldn't have kept up with the high intensity training without the YOR health supplements. each and every sup that I took made such a difference, from helping me get the most nutrients out of my food to helping bowel movements to giving me a caffeine free buzz in the mornings. even my hair, skin, and nails have benefited from the products!
having changed my eating habits and my exercising habits I've managed to get down to 110kgs as of today!
I'm super proud of myself and I look forward to the next challenge I do!
