Hello, the reason I decided to take on this challenge was to boost my self confidence and really put my body to the test and see what I was actually capable off. I’ve loved every minute of it and I’m very happy with my results.
Before starting the challenge I always felt slow and sluggish in the mornings, it would take me a while to get going, but as soon as I started taking the go green shake it was an instant lift, I’ve had the same consistent energy since day 1 and I feel so much happier within myself.
The products I used during the challenge were
Breaky: supergreens , berry blast, fibre
Digest during and vitamins after lunch and dinner
Repair and probiotics before bed
I was doing CrossFit 6 days a week with a couple of session doing callisthenics.
This challenge has had a big influence on my life, ive got so much more confidence now then what I’ve ever had I can happily say I feel like a changed man.
