Hi everyone, my name is Pangchaan. I am a full time college student and I work two different job and over the course of my college years I have gain more than I had hoped. I come from a long line of diabetes in my family and while growing up my mom would always tell us to be careful about the types of foods we put into our bodies, but when we are young we always think to ourselves, that wouldn’t happen to us, we’re fairly active and we are always busy bodies in school. But as I grew up I realized that my life is extremely busy and I lack the nutritional foods and found myself consuming fast food on a daily, hence the weight gained. I decide to join the 8-weeks challenge because the last time I had visited my family, my younger sister had found out that she may be diabetic and so that was my wake up call to make a change in my diet along with my life choices.
