Hola Yorhealth retadores¡
Mi nombre es Luis Barahona y tengo 33 años.
La principal razón por la que empezar este reto fue por que mi doctor me llamo la atención por que estaba con unas cuantas libras de más, lo cual me tenía con colesterol, y prediabetes. Al igual andaba falta de energía y la comida no podía digerir muy bien pues incluso tenía mucho reflujo ácido. Incluso cada rato me enfermaba de gripa y en si era que mi sistema inmunológico andaba muy bajo de defensas.
Gracias A Yorhealth ahora me siento de lo mejor. Eh visitado al médico de nuevo y en los nuevos exámenes todo ah mejorado. Incluso me siento con más energia y ya me siento listo para el siguiente reto.
