Hago esto porque quiero demostrar a la comunidad que cuando deciden hacer un cambio n su cuerpo, se puede independientemente de la edad, sexo y si están ocupados o no

Este es mi segundo ciclo en el cual el pasado pude llegar a mi peso ideal atlético que es 69kg, y es en este ciclo quise mantenerme en el mismo peso 69kg.
Use el paquete Best Body, ahí vienen todas las lineas que maneja la compañía que la verdad me ayudaron en todo y lo mejor es que cada linea trabaja en sinergía para que yo pueda tener mi nutrición perfecta.
Los productos los tomaba todos los días, justamente como viene en la hojita del uso del producto, en especial el YOR Shake que lo consumía durante mis entrenamientos de calistenia.
En este ciclo hice 2 horas de ejercicios de calistenia en el parque de Lunes a Viernes, jeje que mejor que hacer ejercicio al aire libre, me encanto!
Este desafío me ayudo mucho a sentirme mas seguro de mi, porque al tener un mejor cuerpo quieras o no te sientes mas feliz, mas saludable y rindes muchísimo mas en el día.
