Hola comunidad, en este ciclo pude retomar la regularidad en mi actividad de ejercicio, mis piernas ya no se cansan tanto aunque entrene casi a diario y mi condición ya esta regresando, de hecho voy a correr el domingo y hace tiempo que no lo hacia.

Pude aplicarme en la alimentación, ya que no comía tan limpio. Lo que nunca deje de tomar fue la linea de nutrición: probióticos despertando, super greens y fibra antes del desayuno, Yor shake después de entrenar o como snack, enzimas y vitaminas junto a mis comidas, berry blast a media tarde y reparador antes de dormir.

A pesar de no llegar (59 kg) a mi peso meta (62 kg), voy a inscribirme de inmediato para no perder la buena inercia con la que vengo cerrando y también enfocarme en entrenamiento con fuerza para subir de masa muscular y estar mas cerca del 'cuerpo de verano' en diciembre.
