Estoy muy agradecido por los cambios y beneficios que este desafío de 8 demás me trajo. A pesar de haber contado con suplementos básicos estoy súper satisfecho de los resultados.

Comenzaba cada mañana con un vaso de agua tibia y unas gotas de los Bare Oils de limón. Hacia un ayuno de 12 horas durante las primeras 4 semanas y después continué con un ayuno (sin darme cuenta ya que calculé mal las horas) de 18 horas (debía ser de 16).
Durante el gimnasio tomaba agua natural con Berry Blast, lo que me daba la energía para continuar con mi rutina.
Después del gimnasio me tomaba un licuado de proteína, echaba una Scoop de proteína, un plátano congelado, una cucharada de crema de cacahuate y un chorrito de aceite de coco.
