Hi everyone! Where to begin? I lead a very busy lifestyle with working full-time and studying full-time. This is a good recipe for an unhealthy lifestyle. My study snacks were chips, chocolates and soft drink. Stress of a busy lifestyle and working with children, I would also get sick with colds and chest infections quite frequently. I avoided looking in the mirror... If you don’t look in the mirror you don’t see all the bumps and lumps right?! I had stopped exercising due to the business of life and was generally feeling blah.
Since starting YOR foods greens, berry blast and fibre both my physical health and mental health has improved considerably and the frequency I have been sick has definitely decreased. Yes I started this journey to loose weight but what I got out of it was much much more. Countless hours of studying would lead to brain fog and tiredness but berry blast got me through and made my thinking more clear and my attention was more focused for longer.
The awesome trainers at Function Fit and all the crew from the function fit family were also absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have done this challenge without them. Training 4-5 days a week they would keep me motivated and push me.
Have I been perfect on this challenge absolutely not! But I loved it so much that I am definitely going to try again. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to feel great both inside and out!
