Hola soy Gabriela, es mi segundo reto y lo hice por conviccion no por ganar, me sienyo genial por mis logros, mi reto incluye diariamente y hoy por hoy se ha vuelto habito en mi vida,
En la mañana mi aceite de limon para desintoxicar llevando el plan del reto
Los jugos verdes con una dosis de fibra,
Un reparador en la mañana y uno en la noche antes de dormir
Enzima en la comida, y mi proteina en la noche, de cena!! Acompañado de mi agua y hora diaria de ejercicio!! Todos los dias la misma rutina descansando solo los domingos del gim. El mayor impacto fue que logre bajar 9 cm de cintura. Y que solo baje un kilo pero me siento super ligera, y bien nutrida.Es algo incleible... Me siento super..
