To come out of 8 weeks challenge and lose 11 pounds, I felt really, really good. That was the best I had felt in a very long time.

A a nurse, I know exercises have major benefits to your health such as resistance training to increase strength and calorie burning potential. I would go to gyms, but always felts alone and it was hard to keep it up at commercial gyms. The personal trainers were not able to modify moves so they would push me, but I wasn’t able to do what they wanted. I also tried different weight loss methods such as dietary supplement. They were helpful for first few months and I put on weight again once I went back to my regular diet without exercise.
