Holaa!! tengo 30 años y toda mi vida he querido tener un abdomen plano y tonificar mi cuerpo, sin embargo por una u otra razon, que el trabajo, el cansancio, los niños(uff los niños) que no hay tiempo...no lo he logrado, solo se quedo en intentos fallidos.

Pero con el reto de 8 semanas he aprendido a organizar mi tiempo y enfocarme mas en las cosas positivas y en lo que quiero lograr que en todos los obstaculos que se pueden presentar para no lograr mi meta.
