Hola a todos!!!
La verdad me siento muy emocionado nuevamente por la constancia que he tenido en el reto de 8 semanas
Tengo 2 negocios que son dueños de mi ya que no me dan tiempo de hacer ejercicio y llevar un régimen muy estricto
Pero gracias al reto, la dieta del guerrero y los productos se me ha facilitado todo este proceso y me siento orgulloso de los cambios que he manifestado y he tenido
Los productos que he utilicé fue el súpergreens en ayunas antes de desayunar ya que te ayuda con la digestión y a poner tu aparato digestivo en funcionamiento luego me daba la oportunidad de hacer unos 10 - 15 min de ejercicio, ejercicios muy básicos pero me ayudo mucho ya que te ayuda a bajar el estrés la malteada en la noche antes de dormir y el repair para seguir ayudando a mi cuerpo mientras uno duerme
