Before Yor Health, about 6 months ago I gave birth to twins. I've neglected my health and body. I became unmotivated to do and go anywhere, I lost my energy and became "lazy". I didn't want to go out and had no energy to even get dressed. My hair was always just clipped up in a bun, I'm always in my pajamas or sweats and I was drinking coffee everyday. Even my diet was off track. I was mainly craving sweets and chocolate.

Although I did get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 125 pounds, I have the excess bloatedness in and around my stomach area which made me feel "fat". With Yor Health, I drank the vanilla shake with the fiber and supergreen powder mix for breakfast along with a Vitamin, and snacked on healthy snacks of fruits and nuts. For lunch I would eat my regular meal and take a Digest pill along with a Vitamin and in between I'll snack on healthy snacks again. For dinner, I'll drink the chocolate shake. As for my coffee addiction, since drinking berry blast mix, I don't have my coffee everyday now...I'd say I'll have a coffee once or twice a week now.

Since being on the 8 weeks challenge and taking Yor Health, I have regained my motivation and energy back, I am now able to exercise at least twice a week at home while being able to watch my twins and have my twins in my workout too (as weights).
