Hola soy Laura, tengo 37 años y soy mamá de 3 hijos, hace 5 meses tuve mi 3o y último hijo, decidí entrar al reto porque después de mi último hijo subí 13kilos, nada de mi ropa me quedó, tenia que seguir usando de embarazo, me veía con una panza de embarazo de 5 meses, mi autoestima por los suelos, me sentía gorda, inflamada y sin poder hacer ejercicio.
