Hola challengers!
Antes de conocer el reto prácticamente había tirado la toalla en cuanto a tener un cuerpo tonificado. La razón era porque había intentado varios programas de pérdida de peso y ejercicio, pero siempre los terminaba dejando y regresaba a como empecé, o peor, en algunas ocasiones. Esto me llevó a creer que el tener un cuerpo tonificado no era para mí...
Para mi el reto de 8 semanas ha significado el impulso para volver a intentarlo una vez más, y gracias a los productos de YOR la transición a crear hábitos saludables ha sido mucho más sencilla y sostenible.
Estoy muy contento porque en este último reto logré perder 2.1 kg y me veo mucho más definido.
Mi régimen favorito con los productos es: YOR Supergreens y YOR Shake como desayuno, una cápsula de Digest Ultra en la comida y dos cápsulas de YOR Repair antes de dormir.
Para este reto sólo fui 2 o 3 veces por semana al gym y hacía de 40 a 60 min de entrenamiento de cuerpo completo.
