My name is Andre Shamoon from Melbourne Australia.

Before I started the challenge I was really unhappy with how I felt and looked.

About 5 years ago I was at my best and fittest, was feeling better than I’ve ever felt. Then I injured my back and that was the turning point for me!

I couldn’t work out, couldn’t play soccer and I found myself feeling quite depressed.

That’s when I began to start eating quite bad and became comfortable with putting on bad weight. I was in a bad position and felt I had no body to help get me out of this hole that I was in.



It wasn’t until 8 weeks ago, my good friend Ryan Don Paul came to me and convinced me to join the 8 Week YOR Best Body Challenge. And it was the best decision of my life to get started!



I used all the products everyday.

Mornings I would have my SuperGreens and Fibre with cold water.

Lunch time I would have my SuperSlim, Digestive Ultra and Essential Vitamins.

Before bed I have Repair Ultra and Probiotics.

With all the products I drink water!



When I first started I was over 100kgs and now I’m down to 94kgs!

I’m so grateful for YOR Health! I will continue to use the products and continue to improve! Without this challenge I would’ve still been lost and ashamed of how I looked.
