Hi Peeps!!!
My name is Maxwell and I'm from Fiji. I'm 33 years old and I weighed 130kgs.
My wife and I decided to do the challenge coz we wanted to adopt a healthier lifestyle because we did not want sickness and disease to ruin our future.
My goal was to reach 110kgs by the end of 8 weeks but I am 4kgs short
My actual weight right now is 114kgs and I feel a whole lot better.
My daily routine for the whole 8 weeks was
Wake up at 0445
Gym at 0515-0600
Work from 0630-1800
Dinner
Bed at 2045
It took me 8 weeks to get back to the weight that I was 6 years ago.
Here are a few things that got me these amazing results.

If you fail to prepare, then prepare to fail. My wife and cooked for the whole week on Sunday and this helped us to not get tempted to eat junk food which is readily available. Food is very important if you wanna lose weight and because of my busy schedule I had to ensure that good healthy food was available to me when I needed it.
Because when you're fasting and training you'll be tempted to eat anything. So meal prep peeps
An encouraging Wife
I would not have got the results that I have if it wasn't for my wife. She always gets up with me and we go to the gym together every morning and we also meal prep together and eat together. It is very important who you surround yourself with. If you fly with eagles they will teach you how to soar.
