Hola Familia de YOR HEALTH me siento muy contento de terminar un reto mas porque veo con mucho gusto como voy recuperando mas calidad de vida. Mi presion arterial se ha controlado y el dolor de mis rodillas ha disminuido considerablemente al ir recuperando poco a poco mi peso ideal.
Quiero compartir con ustedes que en mi desayuno me tomaba mi rica malteada YOR Shake y dos tabletas de YOR essential vitamin, así como una capsula de YOR SHAPE.
A la hora de la comida no me privava de nada, comia la misma comida que mi familia,solo en el primer bocado me tomaba una capsula de YOR Digest Ultra.
