Una vez más feliz por haber concluido otro reto!

Tuve resultados muy gratos y no dejo de estar agradecida por tan maravillosos aliados (toda la suplementacion de Yor Health).

Consumo sin falta, 6 cápsulas de YOR Essential Vitamins, dos tomas diarias de YOR Shake, una post entreno y otra en cena, ocasionalmente para sustituir algún snack, YOR Repair y añado YOR Muscle energy los días en que trabajo tren inferior y me encantan! He ganado volúmen en la porción inferior, lo cual me encanta.
Utilizo también diariamente por las noches aceite de lavanda en plantas de los pies, para relajarlos, puesto que mis días son muy largos y camino bastante, me ayuda muchísimo en mis tensiones de las piernas., así como sweet dreams en sienes y unas gotas en mi almohada al dormir para aprovechar al cien mi descanso.
