Hola a todos, soy Armando de Tampico, Tamaulipas, México, tengo 32 años.
Un reto mas finalizado y es que ya lo he adoptado como un estilo de vida.
Entreno de cinco a seis días a la semana, rutina de pesas y cardio al final.Además practico el ayuno intermitente desde hace ya dos años.
Me tomo en ayunas Super greens,enzimas digestivas en cada comida, y las vitaminas.
Yor repair también en ayunas. Cuando voy a hacer una cheat meal muy alta en calorías me tomo veinte minutos antes YOR Shape, mi Yor Shake tampoco falta siempre después de entrenar ó entre comidas. Adicional a esto me tomo el YOR Muscle Energy durante mi entrenamiento.
