¡Hola a todos, espero estén pasando felices fiestas!

He estado escuchando mucho estos días que como empiezas algo así lo terminas.. y siento que viceversa también funciona: este cierre de año me he aplicado igual que mi primer año del Reto.

Este 2018 lo he pasado increíble, de momentos de gozo al desdén y para arriba de nuevo, y en todos los aspectos pero lo constante ha sido mi entrenamiento: entre 4 y 5 veces por semana con ejercicios de fuerza corporal combinado con atletismo.

Gracias a que también tomé prácticamente toda la línea de nutrición de Yor Health, los resultados son cada vez más notables.

Ahora me siento en la mejor forma de mi vida... pero aún no termino, me falta llegar al primer lugar, así que nos vemos muy pronto, ¡feliz 2019 a todos!
