Hi everyone! I'm Brendan Tran and I'm competing in the YOR Best Body Challenge for a purpose.

My before weight before I begun this challenge was 77kg. My after weight after the challenge had finished is now 73kg!

I am extremely passionate about the products and have used it for almost two years, also being a promoter for that same amount of time, since I want to improve the quality of people's lives, including my own! The products I used were:

Morning (Fasting):
1x YOR Berry Blast
1x YOR Supergreens
2x scoops YOR Fiber Plus
2x YOR Super Slim

Lunch:
Meal with 1x YOR Digest Ultra
3x YOR Essential Vitamins (Post-meal)

Dinner:

Before Sleep:

Here and there I would have a serving of the YOR Shake and also on the days I workout.

I workout 4-5 days a week, varying from weights to high intensity workouts, which I enjoy so much!

The challenge has had and always will have an impact on my life for the long term, and never for a quick fix. This has affected me in so many ways in which they are all extremely positive! I couldn't have asked for any opportunity better than this.
