This is my second 8 Week Challenge and no surprise my life keeps getting better every time I enter and complete one. The first time I was able to lose 35 pounds and now in this one, I was able to get a few of those old muscles to show up again.
Before this challenge I felt really good about losing weight and I was starting to feel like the old me again. But I knew I had a long way to go before I would be truly happy with the way I look and I wanted to show my kids that it was possible to do anything you put your mind to. My oldest son was so excited he decided to do the challenge with me. And I have to say, for 7 years old, he did a great job of hanging in there. Almost every morning he would get up at 5am with me and we would workout together. My youngest son (2 years old) would also want to join in when we worked out later on in the evening.
YOR Health Products have played such a big role in my transformation. My energy level is through the roof! I'm getting up earlier than ever before to make time workout and then I stay up later to get things done around the house and to play with my sons, yet I'm not as tired as I use to be when I would come home from work and sit on the couch all night exhausted from my long day.
