Joining my 2nd cycle I was determined to do better. My goal was to define my arms and get a flat stomach. My stomach is not as flat as I was hoping for it to be but I feel stronger and my definition is getting there.
I have grown to feel more confident this time around,considering the fact that I grew up with a disease called Hypothyroid. That means it's harder for me to lose weight than the average person. I remember being so fed up with my bloated stomach and giving up on trying to lose it. Joining the Challenge changed all that. Making better food choices, exercising and taking my YOR Health products changed my lifestyle for the better. Some products that have aided in bettering my digestion would be:

Of course, I took all the other products but those are the ones that have been necessities to me.
