Yor health products have helped me so much on this journey, I not only had extra energy but I was much more regular and felt I could perform better in my workouts.

In the mornings I had the fibre and super greens before a workout religiously!

During the day before heavy carb, cooked/meat meals I would use the digest tablets.

At night time I would take the probiotic tablets.

I exercised 5-6 times a week, mostly in the mornings consisting of 3 days cardio and 3 days weights, sometimes id do more weights on cardio days as I discovered muscle helps burn more fat and with my excess energy from the products it helped immensely!

I felt like the greens were a godsend energy wise. Sometimes my meals of salads and veg were not enough nutrients so that boost was great.

The challenge impacted me in an amazing way as it kept me accountable for my progress and efforts. Daily I would be in the routine of taking the products that helped hand in hand with my work outs. Not only physically but mentally im so much happier, healthier and in a great routine and have inspired many others on my Instagram fitness page.

My ultimate goal by October 2019 is to enter the WBFF womens bikini comp in Gold Coast and compete. I will aim to do more challenges and eventually enter the sculpt 8 week challenge.

I feel so much stronger within my body and day to day life physically, mentally and with such clarity in my cognitive functioning. I

will continue to advertise how genuinely much Yor Health has assisted in me reaching my goals.
